The EyeEnhancing lash lift & tint by YUMI Lashes

An alternative to lash extensions and false lashes, a lash lift is a semi permanent curling treatment that boosts and lifts the upper lash for the universally desired ‘open eye look.’ Lasting 8 - 12 weeks, lashes are transformed to make a more dramatic impact and enhance the eyes.

The Process:

Shields are taped underneath the eye, on top of the lower lashes, to protect them during the lash lift treatment. Silicone prothesis are then placed on closed eyelids. The size of the mould depends on the level of lift and curl that you desire. Next, lashes are combed backward onto the prothesis (which will set the shape), and perming treatment is applied to the roots. After approximately 10 minutes, the treatment is removed and a neutraliser is applied. A tint is applied to deepen colour and lashes are released from the mould with a condition serum and the lashes are gently combed loose. A second keratin serum is applied for a further 10 minutes to condition the lashes.  No removal is necessary: after approximately eight weeks, the lashes will fall back into their natural shape.

Caring for your new lashes:

To make the most of your fabulous new doll lashes, for at least 24-48 hours keep them as dry as possible. Avoid sweating, swimming, splashing water on your face in the shower, removing make-up etc. After the 24/28 hours you can apply lashings of mascara to really accentuate the curve and length of your new lashes.

Before your appointment: Please arrive to your lash lift mascara free as the lashes need to be clean and dry as residue effects the application process.
